Hello.
A potted history of me.
Having started my working life in marketing, I changed my career 14 years ago to become a chef. Since then I've opened and grown my event design and catering company Ginger Jar Food, which continues to operate today.

In 2016 I met the wonderful founders of Gingerline, which led us to co-found Flavourology, a business at the cutting edge of immersive dining experience design. Following the pandemic we are now back to creating our unique brand of events, operating in a modular fashion from full experience design and delivery through to event design consultancy.

Now, as I write this in 2023, I have had the opportunity to also work for other experience design agencies in a freelance capacity, either as a concept designer, with creative pitch support or as a executive project manager / producer.
We have worked alongside Jenny innumerable times over the past four years and always look forward to the next collaboration. Her creativity as a chef, logic as an event producer and calmness as a problem-solver ensure that every event is a resounding success.
