OLAM Gala Dinner

Working with Flavourology I led the design and delivery of this 1000 person gala dinner in Singapore. We came up with the overall concept, brought back our favourite collaborators Reuben Feels and Forta Productions, with project manager Sheena Patel at the helm. We took a 40 strong team out and also worked with on-the-ground production partners.

Delivering Viral Food Trends
With my Ginger Jar hat on I have worked with SEEN Presents on their range of TikTok events for the past two years.

We have created menus that deliver TikTok viral online trends in real life at events for influencers, marketing agencies and business leaders.

This video shows our work on a TikTok cost of living event, working with Tristan Welch's #RubbishCooks recipes to show how you can reduce your food waste.
Matthew Bourne's Sleeping Beauty
On Stage Experiential Dinner
Working with New Adventures and Matthew Bourne we designed the tablescape and menu for this experiential dinner on stage at Sadler's Wells theatre.

The courses were designed around the scenes in Act II featuring key elements such as the black rose, the potion and sleep enhancing components.

The dinner, surrounded by the fabulous set, was a once in a lifetime occurrence to fundraise for future artistic endeavours.
